This is the cause of excess stormwater runoff caused by the Vineyard Commons development

If built, the Vineyard Commons plan would add 30.7 million gallons per year of runoff from new impervious areas. Why? Because 3,000 trees would be clear cut and much of the area they occupied would be replaced by impervious surfaces.
